Sofia is accepting foster to adopt applications (adoption finalizes after her spay).

Sofia is a 10 week old, Labrador Retriever Cross.

A bit shy of dogs, not scared but cautious and submissive.

Good with Cats❓
In a foster home with a dog savvy cat but the cat stays away from the puppies so there has not been interaction.

🩺Not yet spayed but the foster to adopt home will be required to bring her to our vet, Windermere vet hospital to be spayed.

🩺She came into care with worms and will need a second dose prior to adoption finalization.

Sophia is a sweetheart 💖who is a goofy pup.

She has cute floppy ears that bounce when she runs.

She is eating all her meals in her kennel and doing very well with no messes and goes to sleep 😴 after she eats.

🚽When taken outside she pees almost immediately. She has had no poop accidents in multiple days, she has done her business outside only!

She loves the 2 year old in the foster home and is very gentle with her.

She is a bit shy of other dogs 🐕 and will lay down when they approach. Continuing positive interactions with other dogs will be beneficial to her socialization.

💖 Sophia is shy in new situations and environments but once she is comfortable she is playful and happy. She is a bit lazy and will just sit or lay down outside with a stick.
