Adoptable Dogs
Zoe!
ADOPTION PENDING Zoe was surrendered to us by no fault of her own. Her loving family had a child that developed severe allergies to dogs. They were her family since a young pup and they trusted us to find her the perfect home. Since she has come into foster care she has had a lot of changes but everyone who has met her loves her.
✔️She is fully housetrained
✔️Gentle with cats (curious but has done well with a dog savvy cat in foster home)
✔️Great with kids
✔️Great with dogs big or small
✔️Great on leash
✔️Great in the car
In her foster home she crates at bed time and if they leave the house. Zoe’s original family had a parent work from home so for her 5 years with them was almost never left alone. If they would need to go out she would attend daycare and boarding. The foster home has found that she does bark and howl when home alone, although in the short time she has been with them she is getting better and better with that.

Lucy
Lucy is slowly settling in. She wants to be with people but is still wary. She is warming up to foster dad faster than foster mom.
She is starting to greet us when we walk in the door; she hangs back, but happy wags her tail. She is also starting to approach us when the other dogs are getting affection. You can tell she really wants it, too, but she's still unsure. Lucy likes toys, but doesn't play with them. She just likes to collect them like little treasures.
She does resource guard from the other dogs a bit with food and toys (just a growl or bark, no snapping) but that seems to be settling as she realizes no one's going to take it from her. Does not resource guard anything from people.
Lucy is house trained, but will also use a pee pad if available. She will sometimes cry and howl if she is alone, but does settle after a bit. No issues leaving her out while we aren't home. She sleeps in our bed, but would probably be fine in her own bed as long as she's in the room or at least close by.
Barrel
Introducing ADOPTABLE Barrel of Monkeys 🐒 She is looking for her family who loves a sweet snuggle bug 🐞 💘Love people - Will still jump sometimes because she wants to kiss your face
🐶Great with other dogs - Goes to daycare regularly, but is very playful so might be a lot for a senior pup, but you never know 🤷♀️ She would also be happy to be the only pup !
👌Good with cats - been fostered with 3 🐈⬛
👌Good with kids - been around a 4 month old and 3 year old, and is sweet as a button ! But watch out for sharp claws and teeth they can hurt by accident just like any pup!
