Espresso
"I'll keep you energized! ❤️" - Espresso ☕
(*Keep your eyes on the page in the coming week for the rest of Mocha's siblings...)
These pups are too young for adoption but will be Foster to Adopt and once their spay/neuter is complete the adoption is finalized.
Age: 6 weeks, can leave for their new foster to adopt home when they turn 8 weeks on May 22.
Breed best guess: Fun surprise mix!
📍Location: Edmonton
⚖️Approximate Size: Currently teeny tiny at 3 lbs. Mom is only 16 lbs, so best guess is they will be anywhere from 20-30 lbs.
Good with kids? 👶They are still young so, with supervision should be fine
Good with Dogs? 🐕 Yes, have been socialized with big and small dogs, and this should continue as they develop
Good with Cats? 😻 Untested, are still young so the potential is there
Not yet fixed, will be when old enough
No medical concerns. All puppies will receive a vet check, their first set of vaccines and dewormer before leaving for their new homes.
The puppies currently sleep overnight in an x-pen, but they’re at a perfect age to transition to sleeping in a crate if that’s something you would like to do!
☕ ESPRESSO ☕
Espresso is a small guy in a big world, and it’s a bit scary sometimes! So he is typically the last pup to leave the pen. He’s been learning that the world isn’t so scary after all though, and after he realizes that he loves to trot around doing his funny little happy puppy dance. He loves cuddles and will fall asleep in your arms if you let him! He will very happily entertain himself!

LATTE'S Personality:
Latte is a sweet girl and is one of the first to venture out and explore new things. She is one of the slightly smaller pups but loves to play and is very affectionate!

Mister
Mister, Mister 😀
Mister has been with us for some time now due to some medical concerns (see note below) that needed to be addressed before he could find his Forever Family!
He's had a couple fosters during this time and let me say, the consensus is that he's oh so loveable and snuggable!
What his Foster has to Say:
Mister is approximately 7 years old.
He is only 20 lbs. ⚖️
📍📍Mister is located in Southwest Edmonton.
A Labradoodle goldendoodle Mix. Not sure but he is a wonderful dog.
He is very low energy. A real couch 🥔 if you will.
He's always up for a walk but if you want to chill and watch Netflix he's right there beside you.
Mister is house trained and lets you know when he wants to go outside by barking.
I have never kenneled him. He is fine to be out while you're not home. Not destructive at all.
🛌At bedtime he sleeps either on the couch or he'll come up and sleep on a dog bed in my bedroom. However if you wanted him to sleep in the bed he would not object.
Everyone who meets Mister falls in love with him! How can you not?
He is the sweetest cuddliest boy.
So chill and just loves everyone and everything.
He's not shy about tapping you if you stop petting and he feels like he deserves a few more scritches .
He lives with a foster brother 😻 cat and a small foster sister 🐕 dog.
He gets along fine with them.
He doesn't react at all if he meets people's bikes or other dogs on walks.
If the cat decides to be mean, he will let the cat know it's enough with a bark.
He's good on a leash, great in the 🚗.
Right now he's eating soft canned food and softened kibble.
His favorite activity right now is soaking up all the ☀️ on the deck.
⚕️🏥⚕️
Medical Note from Doctor at our Vet Clinic:
Mister underwent a dental procedure that required extractions, his upper right canine was closed with a gingival flap after the extraction was done.
He did manage to open the site, so it was repaired multiple times and every time it did not hold.
Finally it was done a month ago and the gap was partially closed almost 60-70 % closure but there is still an opening at the extraction site.
The gap is small enough that it does not affect his daily quality of life and his quality as a pet.
A Veterinary dental specialist was consulted and they mentioned they are willing to close it but no guarantee it will hold.
He is adoptable at this point as long as the new owner is aware of the defect and it may need future intervention to get it repaired.
Overall, Mister is a very sweet, happy and healthy dog!

Duke
Duke!
This fella is on the hunt for his forever family 🩵 To no fault of his own, Duke's current family had to make an extremely difficult decision to surrender him due to a complicated unforseen health problem with a family member. This decision was not made lightly but was necessary.
Age - 4 months (born Dec 23, 2025)
Breed best guess - Poodle, Collie, Lab & Maremma
📍Location - St. Albert
Likely to be a Medium to large sized dog at adulthood (20 lbs at last weigh check )
Good with Kids, Dogs and Cats!
Meet Duke 🐾
Duke is a happy and well loved puppy with great temperment, a big heart and an even bigger love for his people. He’s incredibly people-oriented and happiest when he sitting next to you, helping with chores or cuddling you for nap time.
Duke has been working really hard with confidence building exercises and is thriving more than ever in the past month! When it's time to eat, he overcomes his excitement by sitting politely until he's given the cue to proceed. A little shy at first when he meets you, but give him so time and you'll see just how amazing he really is!
Duke is an incredibly smart little guy who’s already learning down (lay down), sit, wait (door manners) and so much more! When outside running and playing, he's understanding that it's a great time to do his business and does best with regular trips outside to keep that training moving forward.
With lots of love and positive reinforcement, Duke has been working hard with crate training. A place that seemed scary is now comforting and safe for him. A great skill to have!
His black coat has such beautiful shine after his first puppy spa and like most, will need love and patience to get used to the dryer.
Social and sweet, Duke loves playing with other dogs and has even tried to befriend cats—though they may not always appreciate his enthusiasm. He’s also great with kids, making him a wonderful candidate for a family looking for a gentle, loving companion.
If you’re searching for a great companion or a new family member to love, Duke might just be your perfect match.🩵

Arthur
🐾 Meet Arthur! 🐾
Arthur is an adorable 18–19 week old Basset Hound mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He weighs about 24–25 lbs, is neutered, and is doing wonderfully with his house training only a couple of accidents on a pee pad when he first arrived. He’s a smart little guy who is learning quickly every day!
👨👩👧 Family & Social Life Arthur has met children around 8 years and older and is very friendly, but he can become overwhelmed when there are multiple children interacting with him at once. Because of this, we feel he would do best in a home with older children or a quieter household. On walks, Arthur loves greeting people and taking in the world around him. He can be a bit slow and cautious when meeting new dogs, but once comfortable, he’s happy to share sniffs and tail wags. He especially enjoys sitting and watching the action whether it’s soccer games, joggers, or neighborhood activities. ⚽🏃♂️
🐱 Other Animals Arthur has been introduced to a cat and is very curious, though the cat prefers to keep a respectful distance. With proper introductions and supervision, he may do well in a home with a confident cat.
🍖 Training & Behavior Arthur has shown some food and toy guarding behaviors, which are currently mild and manageable with structure and routine. He does best when given space while eating, as he tends to eat quickly. He has only shown toy guarding once with a high-value chew, offering a low warning growl without escalation. Arthur is very food and treat motivated, which makes training a great opportunity for bonding and learning. He is currently practicing the cue “Out” and is doing well trading items for treats.
At times, Arthur can become overstimulated or frustrated, which may lead to nipping behavior. His fosters have been working on redirecting him with toys and giving him short breaks to help him settle. Continued positive reinforcement training will be important to help him build confidence and learn appropriate coping skills as he grows.
🏡 Daily Life
Crate trained for nighttime 🌙
Tolerates the crate during the day when needed
Loves being outdoors and exploring all the sights (and tastes!) of nature 🌿
Learning to play fetch and bring the ball back 🎾
Enjoys routine, structure, and plenty of enrichment
💛 Personality
Arthur is a super sweet, affectionate puppy who loves to cuddle. His favorite place is right beside you on the couch, snoring away with his legs in the air and his tummy exposed. He truly wants to be part of a family and will thrive with patient guidance, consistency, and love.
Arthur is still a young puppy with lots of learning ahead of him, but with the right home committed to ongoing training and support, he has all the potential to grow into a wonderful companion.
‼️Arthur has demonstrated some resource guarding behaviors related to food, treats, and toys. These behaviors are manageable but will require continued guidance and consistency. The adopter acknowledges and understands that ongoing training will be necessary and agrees to follow up with a qualified positive reinforcement trainer to help Arthur develop safe and appropriate behaviors. Success will depend on working together as a family to support Arthur as he learns and grows.‼️
