👑Jovie is a sweet, social, playful girl who is still learning about the world and gaining confidence. She’s about 12 weeks old and is guessed to be a mastiff or bully breed cross. She is expected to grow into a large dog, so she would love a home that is ready for a bigger companion.

🐶Jovie came into care having had little to no human contact and was understandably unsure of people. Since then, she has learned that humans are safe, that pets and cuddles feel pretty good, and most importantly, that she is loved. She is still nervous when meeting new people and takes some time to warm up, but her curiosity usually wins. Once she feels comfortable, she is very affectionate. You can see in her eyes that she’s now ready to trust 💖.

🐶🐶🐶Jovie loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have a confident canine companion in her forever home to help her continue to learn the ropes. She enjoys playing with other dogs and, while she can still be a little nervous at first, she is gaining confidence every day. She currently lives with her sister and three other large-breed dogs.

Jovie loves being outside exploring, running around, or simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. She knows how to sit and is currently working on waiting politely for treats, though in her mind, once her butt hits the ground, payment should be immediate!

Jovie has not started crate training yet and currently sleeps in an Xpen with her sister. She regularly does her business outside and will also use pee pads. 🪠Formal house training has not yet begun, as her first priority has simply been learning to feel safe and comfortable in her foster home.

Jovie is a curious, gentle, playful puppy who would love a family willing to continue helping her build confidence, learn about the world, and enjoy plenty of adventures along the way 🐾.

This adorable little girl is smart, curious, playful, and always ready to explore! She’s inquisitive, loves discovering new things, and enjoys playing and being part of the action.

She’s also doing great with her crate training — she sleeps through the night in her crate! 🌙🐶

She’s currently working on her potty training and making progress with consistency and routine.

She can get a little wild and mouthy when she’s excited. She has those classic bursts of puppy craziness and can be a bit nippy, so she’ll do best with someone who is patient, consistent, and willing to continue working on training and boundaries.
She’s a bright little girl with a big personality and so much potential.

🐾❤️ FOSTER-TO-ADOPT HOME NEEDED FOR DOSER 🏡

Doser needs more than just a foster home... he needs someone who can be his constant. ❤️

Doser is a loving, loyal and affectionate 2-year-old Bulldog x who becomes deeply attached to his person. Once he trusts you, he LOVES you and wants to be close to you. ❤️

But Doser has significant separation anxiety, and this is the most important part of his story.

When left alone, he becomes scared and anxious and has escaped kennels, jumped barriers, tried to bolt through doors, broken through a screen window and most recently broke through a bathroom door because he was frightened his foster mom had been gone too long.

He isn't being destructive because he's a bad dog. He's scared. 🥺❤️

🐾 WHAT DOSER NEEDS:

🏡 Someone who is home most of the time... ideally someone who works from home or has very little time away from the house.

❤️ A patient, calm and understanding person who won't expect him to adjust overnight.

🐾 Someone willing to work on his confidence and separation anxiety and help him learn that he is safe and his person will return.

🔐 A securely fenced yard and extremely careful management around doors, gates and exits because Doser can try to escape when anxious.

- Another dog can be a good fit... Doser gets along with other dogs.

- He can live with dog-savvy cats.

🏠 He is mostly house trained, but needs to go outside every few hours.

🚗 He absolutely LOVES car rides and does wonderfully in the car.

**He is currently on anti-anxiety medication, with his dosage still being adjusted.

Most importantly, Doser needs consistency, stability and a person who understands that his behaviour comes from fear and anxiety.

That is why we are specifically looking for a FOSTER-TO-ADOPT home. We want his next home to have the time and opportunity to truly get to know him, build his trust and give him the stability he desperately needs.

Because when Doser feels safe, his foster mom says he is an incredibly loving, affectionate and loyal boy with SO much love to give. ❤️

Wanda is a sweet, smart, and cuddly little girl who is already showing just how much personality she has at only 9 weeks old! This little pup loves her people, enjoys a good snuggle, and is always ready for some fun and playtime.

Wanda is doing wonderfully with her house training for such a young puppy. She is mostly trained to pee outside and is also doing well with a pee mat, although her humans should expect the occasional puppy accident as she continues to learn.

💤She is also crate trained and does a great job settling in her crate for naps and overnight. She usually sleeps through the night, which is pretty impressive for such a young pup! 🥰

Wanda is a very smart 🤓 little girl and is already learning her manners. With a treat as her reward, she can sit and lay down on command. She loves being outside and especially enjoys playing with a soccer ball. ⚽🐶

This sweet girl is wonderful around kids and does well with other dogs. She doesn’t really bark and has a lovely, easygoing nature. Of course, as with any puppy, she will need continued positive, force-free training, socialization, and guidance as she grows into her best self.

Wanda is looking for a family who will continue helping her learn, keep her busy with play and enrichment, and give her plenty of love and snuggles. She has already shown what a clever little girl she is, and she’s sure to bring lots of fun, laughter, and puppy cuddles to her forever home! 💕

Lisa is 9 weeks old and a mix between a Sheepadoodle and black lab.
She is 12-13 lbs and growing quickly! She will likely be 50+ lbs when she is older.

🎂Lisa is about as sweet as it gets.

She absolutely loves being close to her human and prefers to nap right on your feet if she can.

🤓🧠🤓She is very intelligent, learns quickly, and you can often see her checking your reaction with her deep and thoughtful eyes, sometimes just checking to see how you are doing.

💤💤💤She sleeps a lot of the day at the moment and loves her morning snuggles, her adventures outside where she loves to explore, and her playtime at the end of the day.

She adapts really well to different people, and likes hanging out with anyone new who comes along, especially if they want to rub her belly! 💗

💤💤💤She sleeps through the night in a crate and can spend limited time either in the crate or in a separate space during the day.

🪠She is working very hard at going to the bathroom outside. She never goes # 2 in the house and works really hard to communicate when she has to pee (although sometimes she just can’t wait for her human to understand and get her out the door!).

She had her first immunization shot (which she didn’t even notice!) and won’t be ready to be spayed for a few more weeks.

She doesn’t love being in the 🚗 but does better in a covered crate with soft music, and recently made it all the way to Canmore and back with the help of a bit of motion sickness medication.

So far she has hung out with a 7, 11 and 14 year old. She loves the attention, cuddles and being pet. She also loves playing games with them, easily matching their energy, but hasn’t learned yet to not playfully chew on toes and fingers which can be a bit surprising!

She is very interested in other dogs that walk by, but has not yet had a chance to play with them.

Jolene is a little shadow, she just wants to follow her favourite human around. She can be a bit timid at the start but she warms up quite quickly.

She falls quickly for her humans. She'll do well with a family who can give her lots of cuddles and attention.

Jolene is great with kids. 👦
She is good with other dogs but may take a few days to adjust to them and she may show her spicy 🔥 side when another dog is getting in her face or the odd time when she's wanting the attention for herself. She would do just fine in a home with another smaller dog, or on her own to get all the attention. She's currently in a home with 3 other smaller dogs.

Jolene is untested with cats🐈 but she likely would do just fine with proper introductions.

Jolene does most of her business 💩 outside, with the odd accident inside, generally on top of a blanket or towel that's on the floor, so she may have been pee-pad trained before.

Jolene walks well on a leash.

🏠She does want to sneak out of the house, so care would need to be taken when greeting guests, opening the door to leave, etc.

She sleeps 💤 well in a crate at night but would probably prefer the bed with her humans if given the option.

She eats well and does a little standing "dance" when she sees a treat on its way.

Jolene is an easy-going gal, content in snuggling most of the day away if she could!

He is the larger, more confident sibling. He has responded well to positive reinforcement 🏆 and experiences, and will benefit from more positive experiences throughout puppyhood to grow into a confident dog. 🐕

He is very affectionate 💋💋 and loves to crawl in my lap and lean on me at any opportunity, or at the very least be touching me with his head or paw. 🐾

He loves affection and being with his people but is also doing amazing with alone time. He is very calm still when I leave the room or the house, and also is happy to entertain himself with toys and chews. 🦴

Billy is doing AMAZING in both the crate and xpen, he doesn’t make a sound when in either of them and sleeps all night in the crate! 💤💤💤

😴Bedtime crate is beside my bed and settles quickly but will whine if I leave room.
🚽He uses a pee pad indoors.
He is still working on using a harness, but when taken with my dog he walked with her totally fine.
