✅ Fine with other dogs. She plays best with her larger breed foster siblings and doesn't play much with the smaller breed siblings. She can get jealous when her foster mama and dad are petting other pups instead of her.
✖️ Best in a home with no children or older children. She was previously adopted into a home with children and it didn't work out, so she's back with TYPE Rescue to find the right fit for her.
✖️ Best in a home without cats.

- Maple LOVES to play and will need a home where her family can help her burn her extra energy and play with her a lot. She'll need a big yard to run and play in.
- Maple loves attention and getting cuddles. She loves to show her belly and get pets.
- She's very food motivated and needs a slow feeder to help her slow down.
- She's working on her kennel training and making improvements. She still needs some nudging to get in but once in she sleeps like a baby!
- Maple does get a bit jealous when her humans are petting other dogs.
- She can be jumpy and needs to work on it.
- She'll need some training to help her with these quirks and behaviour issues. She started level 1 through Parkland Kennels and the adoptive family can retake Level 1 with her free with them because she didn't complete her exam there.
- Maple hasn't had a great experience with cats as she did try and bite a foster kitten in her current foster home, so she's best in a cat-free home.
