BETTE DAVIS UPDATE ….SHE’S STILL NOT WELL
Unfortunately, our girl Bette Davis is still struggling. After her little one-night extravaganza, we were really hoping she would turn the corner… but she’s not there yet.
Bette is headed back to windermerevethospital for a recheck at 1:00 PM today.
She won’t eat anything….not even her favourite chicken. She’s back to having diarrhea, is lethargic, and just isn’t feeling like herself.
We’re not sure what exactly Bette managed to get into during her adventure, but whatever it was certainly did a number on her stomach. With her existing medical needs and heart murmur, we’re taking absolutely no chances.
At this point, her little one-night adventure has unfortunately turned into a financial nightmare for her medical care. But honestly? The bill is not what matters right now.
What matters is Bette.
She is safe. She is getting veterinary care. And our priority is getting her healthy, comfortable, eating, and back to her happy self.
But we could really use your help.
Every appointment, medication, treatment, and fluid therapy adds up quickly, and Bette’s veterinary bill continues to grow.

Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue is a non profit animal rescue organization that is dedicated to saving the lives of dogs and cats in the Edmonton and Central Alberta Region.
